The Biriyanis
Biriyani is a favourite Indian dish made with rice and meat, fish or vegetables. Our biriyanis have an indigenous recipe from Malabar (North Kerala). This delicacy from the Malabar region of Kerala is very popular among the biriyani lovers. Long grained rice flavoured with exotic spices like saffron, nutmeg, cardamom, clove, cinnamon etc are layered with lamb, chicken, fish or vegetables and cooked in a thick gravy. All our biriyanis are served with raita and pickle.
The Thali
A three course Indian meal made up of a selection of various dishes. Soup to start and the main course to follow with a selection of chef’s chosen seven different curries/side dishes with rice and bread. The idea behind Thali is to offer all the 6 different flavours of sweet, salt, bitter, sour, astringent and spices on one single plate. Semiya Payasam (vermicelli pudding) is served as the final course for the thali to complete.
